Thursday changed. School pickup moved. You have been texting fragments for a week and nobody can point at the current plan.
Write the week as facts. Then ask one question.
Facts, then the ask
Monday 3โ6, Tuesday off, Wednesday 8โ12. Who is in the house. Who can be called. The date the new plan starts.
Then: does Thursday 2โ6 still work, yes or no, by Tuesday evening. An honest deadline is one they can actually meet, not a fake emergency.
They may only have email
Most sitters are not connecting Claude. Write anyway. The notification is the product for them. A reply to that mail lands on your thread. If they already have a RelayLink account, you need an accepted contact first.
Do not put your private name for them in the briefing. They have a name they answer to.
What this is not
It is not a place to process whether you are asking too much. That belongs in a conversation with the other parent, or with yourself. The person watching your children needs a schedule they can print in their head.
If the answer is no, you have time to ask someone else. If the answer is yes, you both have the same week in writing.
